13 DISTRICT HEAD KILLED BY BOKO HARAM INSURGENT.

 
This was disclosed by the Shehu of Borno, Alhaji Garba Elkanemi that 13 District heads and several ward heads (Bulamas) in his Emirate has been murdered by boko Haram terrorist.
The Monarch stated this during a courtesy visit by a delegation of the senate Committee on special duties  led by Yussuf Abubakar, representing Taraba Central, who came to Borno State to access the performance of the North East Development Commision (NEDC).

The Shehu of Borno made it clear that the boko haram crisis started in july 2009 by a disagreement between the izala and Yusufiya islamic sects. The crisis which later results into a big war by inducing diffferent attacks on police stations and carting away of ammunition which has also led to taking over one thousand people as refuge and are beign displaced to differnt camps across the state.

WE ARE NOT LEAVING SOUTH WEST AND GO TO NORTH - FULANI HERDSMEN

Fulani herdsmen under the aegis of Miyetti Allah Kautal Hore have vowed to resist any eviction from the South-West, citing their rights as enshrined in the Nigerian constitution to live wherever they desire. Miyetti Allah also vowed to avenge the alleged attacks on and loss of herdsmen and their cattle, saying it would never tolerate any act of injustice on herders. The National Secretary of Miyetti Allah Kautal Hore, Mr Alhassan Saleh, stated these in an interview with  Sunday PUNCH  against a backdrop of the eviction notices issued to criminal herdsmen by some South-West groups and personalities.
