SEE THE STATES WHICH THEIR SCHOOLS ARE READY TO RESUME AND THEIR DATE OF RESUMPTION DESPITE THE COVID 19 WARNING.

After the final opening of the international flights, some states in Nigeria are ready to go ahead with the reopening of tertiary institutions despite the warning from the Minister of Health in Nigeria.  
The Nigeria minister of health, Osagie Ehanire made his statement during the Covid 19 taskforce meeting  that Covid 19 still has the power to take life and still very dangerous.
However some states in Nigeria are ready to resume after the warning by the Health Minister, and below are the list of states that are ready to resume and thier resumption date.

- LAGOS STATE
The lagos state goverment has annouce the resumption of the Primary and secondary schools in the state to be on the 21st of september while the higer institutions in the state should resume of the 14th of september.

- OYO STATE
After the primary and secondary school third term has been canceled by the state goverment, the primary, secondary and Tertiary Institutiions of Oyo state will resume on the 21 of september.

- OSUN STATE
  Tertiary institutions in Osun state are to resume on the 21stof september while the primary and secondary schools wil resume also resume on the 21st of September for conclusion of thier third term.

- BAYELSA
 The state ministry of education has announce that the primary    schools in the state to resume on 7th September 2020.

- DELTA STATE
Higher Institutions in the state should resumi on 21st of September, while there is no exact date for the Primary Schools.

- RIVERS
Higher Institutions, primary and Secondary Schools in the State are to resume on the 14th of September 2020.

- KOGI
The state Commissioner for Education, Science and Technology. Wemi Jones announced that all Primary, Secondary and Tertiary Institutions in the state will  resume on 14th of September.

WE ARE NOT LEAVING SOUTH WEST AND GO TO NORTH - FULANI HERDSMEN

Fulani herdsmen under the aegis of Miyetti Allah Kautal Hore have vowed to resist any eviction from the South-West, citing their rights as enshrined in the Nigerian constitution to live wherever they desire. Miyetti Allah also vowed to avenge the alleged attacks on and loss of herdsmen and their cattle, saying it would never tolerate any act of injustice on herders. The National Secretary of Miyetti Allah Kautal Hore, Mr Alhassan Saleh, stated these in an interview with  Sunday PUNCH  against a backdrop of the eviction notices issued to criminal herdsmen by some South-West groups and personalities. Saleh said it was wrong to drive herders out of any part of Nigeria and that even if there were criminals among them, it was the function of the government’s security forces to identify and arrest them.
